Chicken with Cauliflower and Lemon ESZTER PATI


Hello, holiday season! Right now, I bet you’re looking for a few simple and simply delicious meals that will keep you FIT. Today’s recipe for Chicken with Cauliflower and Lemon.
Chicken :
-1 kg chicken or as much as u want lol
– I lemon
– salt , pepper , paprika powder, garlic powder , sage , Tyme
And the other half was only with lemon n Cajun seasoning .
Lay the chicken on a tray put all the herbs on top n lemon. Bake for about 30 min with foil on top then without foil for 15 min . On 200 Celsius
Cauliflower :
I small head of cauliflower
Garlic, salt , pepper , Italian seasoning mix , oregano , 1 whole egg + 2 eggwhites
Grate the cauliflower and microwave it for about 4 mins until it softer . With paper towel tap the excess water off the cauliflower . Add eggs and seasoning ( about 1 tsp of everything but it’s personal taste )
Spray a pan with 1 kcal spray , press cauliflower in it and bake on 200 for bout 20 mins or until the edges are a bit brown . Take it out . Spread 2 tbs of tomato purée on top , season it with tiny salt and oregano , put about 200 g cooked Chicken , sliced mushrooms , sliced onions ( can put peppers or sweet corn anything u fancy ) , slice up 120 g of low fat mozzarella put it on top . Bake it until the cheese is melted . Put rocket salad on top for a fresh note .
