I am a fitness trainer and personal trainer ( 6 years experience)

At first it was a hobby and way of leisure, which gave rise to passion, profession and lifestyle.
Three years ago (2010) I started a new job at a gym as a personal trainer and I started to think about:

how to lose weight effectively

Then I came to the conclusion that weight loss is not only a comprehensive diet and exercise, but also a lifestyle change.
Effectively I lost mixing strength training with a healthy lifestyle. Modeled figure, but also decided to take on a new challenge “bodybuilding”.

The year 2012 was a busy year. At first I thought that the road to success will be easy – I’m still the coach 🙂 But it required a lot of sacrifice, perseverance, challenge and desire to achieve that objective. I started with 65 kg, struggled with weight and jumped to 69 kg, but did not give up.

I have lost 15 kg and won bodybuilding competition in August 2012 – the first place.

Since then maintain their figure and advise others how to do it effectively – through exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
