Why should we eat vegetables?

One of the most common mistakes in not a sufficient amount of vegetables eaten by us while they are known for being a perfect source of vitamins, minerals and dietary fibers in our diet.

Additionally, they contain a lot of water what makes them less caloric. They play a key role in the prevention and treatment of obesity in different age groups, including children.

Hi
Good blog, we should eat vegetables at large amount because it is a good source of protein , vitamins, minerals etc that is compulsory for a healthy life .
